You see, we work with a carefully selected group of suppliers from around the world (including UK, US, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Australia, China and more), a group we regularly review.

Why do we use a global supply model? Gives you access to unique, hard-to-find home decor. Keeps our prices lower than traditional retail and competitors. Allows us to support small and independent makers across the world. Reduces waste by avoiding unnecessary middle steps.

UK Mainland - Free Shipping

We care deeply about ensuring you have the best experience with us. For all UK based deliveries, fedmill will cover the delivery costs so you don't have to.

No catches. No minimum spend. If you're in the UK mainland, delivery is free - always.

Internal shipping costs vary based on destination and supplier, and will be shown clearly at checkout.

Delivery Times

For most items, UK delivery takes 7-11 business days.

Sometimes a little sooner, sometimes a little later - but this is the average window for the majority of our products.

If you order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels (to get them to you faster), but you'll be able to track each of them individually.

Direct Shipments

We partner with trusted manufacturers and craft suppliers across several countries. This global network allows us to offer unique home décor pieces you wouldn't find on the high street as well as keep those prices as low as possible for you.

Your order will always be shipped directly from the supplier who makes or stocks the item. This means delivery times can vary slightly depending on the products origin.

Because we work with suppliers in multiple countries, we use a range of fully tracked couriers. These may include:

Royal Mail - Yodel - Evri - UPS - FedEx - DHL - DPD - USPS

As well as local partner couriers depending on the area.

Once Delivered

Please always check your item upon delivery to ensure it has arrived safely and intact. fedmill fully complies with UK Consumer Contract Regulations and you have the right to return your order within 30 working days of receiving the item. Please see our Returns Information for more details.
